Terms and Policies

Thank you for choosing our coaching programs as a step in your personal transformation journey. Below are our Terms and Conditions to help ensure clarity, mutual respect, and commitment throughout this process. By enrolling in any of our coaching programs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Commitment

Our programs are designed to offer a powerful, transformative experience, and this journey requires a commitment to your personal growth. By enrolling, you agree to commit fully to the program, its practices, and your own progress.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Due to the immersive nature and limited availability of our programs, all payments for programs are non-refundable. This policy reflects the high level of commitment both you and we bring to this experience, as well as the dedicated preparation and resources we reserve specifically for each client. We encourage all potential participants to carefully consider their readiness and schedule before enrolling.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once enrolled, participants are responsible for their own attendance and participation. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we will do our best to offer reasonable accommodations, such as rescheduling sessions (where applicable). However, missed sessions or unused services are not eligible for refunds.

4. Rescheduling & Program Changes

If a need arises to adjust any program schedule, we will communicate changes as far in advance as possible to ensure minimal disruption. We request that any rescheduling requests on the part of the participant be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to allow us to honor everyone’s time.

5. Program Termination

In the rare event that we determine a program is not a suitable fit, we reserve the right to terminate the participant’s enrollment. In such cases, we will discuss options for alternative arrangements. Please note, however, that our no-refund policy will still apply unless otherwise explicitly stated in our termination agreement.

6. Promotions

All promotions are valid within the date specified. Promotional prices are offered during random times and dates, there is no guarantee that a promotion will be offered later.
